Clinic Policy
Please take a moment to read the policy below. It helps ensure fairness and allows the clinic to run smoothly for all clients.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved especially for you, and I understand that plans can sometimes change.
I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full treatment fee being charged
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
If there is not enough time to carry out the treatment safely, the appointment may need to be cancelled and the full treatment fee will still apply.
Deposits
Some treatments require a deposit to secure your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice (48 hours) is given
- Deposits will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day
Refunds
Payments for treatments already carried out are non-refundable.
Pre-paid treatment courses are also non-refundable, however they may be transferred at the clinic’s discretion.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the clinic directly via phone, email or your booking confirmation link.
